1 General Terms & Conditions

Before using tbaeej's website and services, please read this Terms & Conditions Please read carefully. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Tbaeej is a licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. However, residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on tbaeej, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may operate one account only.

• Opening an account with false or fabricated information is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification: After registering on tbaeej, identity verification (KYC) must be completed within a specified period. Verification can be done using a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawal access will be restricted until KYC is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on tbaeej:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200 (via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved methods).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to BDT 50,000 can be deposited in a single transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

Deposits and withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit.

Tbaeej does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside tbaeej's control.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on tbaeej:

• Minimum Bet: BDT 10.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by event and will be displayed on the bet slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, a decision will be made in accordance with tbaeej's established policy.
• Tbaeej reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tbaeej offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. To take advantage of these offers, the following general terms must be met:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Maximum bet limits apply to wagers placed using bonus funds.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses that pass their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Tbaeej reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbaeej:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to someone else.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, tbaeej may immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Tbaeej may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Upon the user's own request.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted as part of our Responsible Gaming policy.

Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team to do so. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, which will be deducted from the account balance.
